The first phase of Solivita’s community garden is off to a start and residents are overwhelmed with excitement! Breaking ground on what will feature about 30 garden beds, the first phase of the community garden marks the beginning of an expansive Solivita amenity project. In anticipation of this new amenities’ widespread popularity, the community garden will have room to grow with a planned 324 plots after the final phase.

Once open, residents will have the opportunity to grow and harvest crops of their liking adding a farm to table element to Solivita’s unique resident lifestyle.

Located in Freedom Park, garden beds in the community garden will be assigned to residents on a first-come, first-serve basis and with all the buzz around this perennial patch, they’re sure to go fast.
