AV Homes is offering three ranch-style townhomes at its Creekside at Bethpage active adult community in the Raleigh/Durham, N.C. area. Named after famous publishing houses, the Publisher Edition Master Down townhome models start at 1,294 square feet and are priced from the mid $200,000s.
AV Homes’ Creekside at Bethpage includes a total of 650 home sites within the larger Brier Creek community. The 56 Craftsman and Farmhouse-style townhomes include two bedrooms, two baths, a covered porch, open floor plan, and two-car garage.
The Bloomsbury is 1,294 square feet starting at $248,700 while the Arbordale is 1,332 square feet starting at $251,400. The Harper is a 1,342-square-foot end unit starting at $257,200.
